CSV files can have names/items separated by commas. Here are examples:

Option 1 - Single column (one per line):

Option 2 - Multiple columns (comma-separated):

Alice,Bob,Charlie
Diana,Eve,Frank
Grace,Henry

Option 3 - With quotes (for names with commas):

"Alice, Smith",Bob,Charlie
Diana,"Eve, Johnson",Frank

Excel files (.xls, .xlsx):
- You can put names/items in any column (A, B, C, etc.)
- You can put names/items in any row (1, 2, 3, etc.)
- Empty cells will be ignored
- The system reads from the first sheet of your Excel file
- You can also use a single column with all names listed vertically
CSV files (.csv):
- Names/items can be separated by commas
- Each line can have one or more items
- Use quotes around items that contain commas: "Name, With Comma"
- Empty values will be ignored
- You can use a single column (one item per line) or multiple columns
